Beth and Barry both were active in the construction process, involved in choices and opportunities BEFORE we built them, and subsequently the final result is theirs. Meet Ray & Jennifer Dami of Cotati

When the Dami's came to us they preceeded to tell us precisely what they wanted. They just wanted us to design it for them. Ray commenced,'I wish to have a waterfall that falls into a large coy & turtle pond, I need a stone bridge that goes over it, I desire lush tropical landscaping, I need a enormous planter in the back but built so it is also a seat for folk to sit on, and I need a Tiki hut/bar so I am able to have parties and serve chums while watching the football games on a large TV within the hut'. Why disagree with perfection. Life is good, all I had to do was give them what they wanted. The tiki hut was decorated by Ray's sister Denise, she probably did an amazing job.

They are both successful real estate pro's and always place in the top in Marin (most sales, highest dollar) ranking #1. I've worked at their house before as a concrete contractor, but this time we leveled out their sloping hill backyard, put in large concrete walls, swimming pool w/hot tub and changing room, an outside 25' tall fireplace, BBQ/kitchen, and nice expanse of lawn for the kids to play. We also redid the driveway with pavers and made a wide expanse of new stone steps to the front door. Mark has the business savvy to pull this off and Tracy has the eye. They sell quality homes everyday, and they were very particular of what they wanted and how the end product had to be, there was no cutting corners. Check out the pictures and remember, they made this out of a sloping hillside! Kudos to them for their vision and where-with-all to do it.

A very successful restaurant chain with several restaurants throughout the Bay Area and they have been around for 20+ years. They have been going thru a systematic upgrade and remodeling of all of their restaurants, one at a time. It is a monumental task to close, remodel and reopen. But they are first class and take the time to do it right so when they are done, it will last for another 20 years.The design was done by Greg and poor Brian was lucky enough to personally supervise the 24hr a day construction and bitching that goes with a remodel of this type. I was lucky enough to do the architectural
stain finish floors in their Mill Valley @ Strawberry Shopping Center and Novato @ Novato Fair Shopping Center.

Meet Al & Yami Anolik of Tiburon
What can I say??? One of the most dynamic pair I have ever come across. Al is a world renowned Attorney who specializes in Construction and Travel Law. Heck, you see him on TV, hear him on the Radio or in the newspapers every week as an expert! He's also Captain of the Sheriff's Posse in San Francisco, and I've been working for them since I helped him build a 250 acre Polo Ranch in Petaluma 18 years ago.

I just completed a 3 year time and material remodel (if you can call it that) of a football size addition to their backyard, which included a large pool, fountain(s), spa, pool cabana with men & womens bathrooms, showers, dressing room, game room, kitchen and living/dance room. The fireplace is a two sided (inside and outside) complete with stained glass windows. The outside 'grounds' include a separate kitchen/BBQ area, and round concrete bar, a multilevel fountain complete with Lion Head (yes, my brother Randy actually made it). Cant skip over the 2 story addition to the house which is mostly a new Master Bathroom, including sauna, tubs, and every convenience you can think of. The landscaping is impeccable and coming up to the site takes your breath away. Sprinkle in several tile mosaics that Yami specifically picked out.

Honestly, the project came out beautifully because of Yami. She has a trained eye, knows what she wants, and from her travels knows how to put it together. Her attention to detail is what made the project come together. Having to put up with us doing construction for THREE YEARS is a tremendous feat in itself, (we almost choked each other out several times), but she would tell the Architect what she wanted or saw and we would all make it happen.
